  • Account Management

    Our Account Managers work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment goals and develop action plans for complete satisfaction and co-ordinate Eploy resources to ensure the job gets done. You'll need to be an ace multi-tasker with a solid understanding of recruitment and a brilliant networker both internally and externally.

    If you enjoy nurturing relationships, problem solving and working with a wide variety of clients across multiple sectors and company sizes, Eploy Account Management is the place for you.

  • Software Development

    Our multi-award winning Software Development team is simply the best in the industry.

    We'll give you the opportunity to expand and improve your skills as we constantly evolve and improve our platform. We believe that it’s critical to encourage your continued development so we'll provide training in advanced .Net techniques at our expense.

    Our web-based product, Eploy, is built on the .Net platform, so if you have C# and ASP.Net experience, we’ll give you extra consideration, but we will also consider you if you have strong skills in other similar languages and technologies.

    We’ll give you all the tools and technology you need to get the job done. We make sure our developers have modern PCs and as many screens as they need to work productively.

    Lots of software firms use the word agile, at Eploy I think we really are agile- able to adapt and develop new features quickly.

  • Customer Success

    The customer is at the centre of everything we do at Eploy. They are the reason we are here and the reason we have continually grown our business. 

    We’ve already got a stellar team of dedicated people each with unique personalities - we’re not looking for robots (unless they are Autobots, that would be cool). We’re looking for people who are cheerful and charming who can communicate clearly and concisely but are also creative - because each of our customers and every issue is unique and it’ll be up to you to figure out what needs to be done to make them happy.

    I Like the varied nature of it. One day it will be configuring systems, the next training clients and the next supporting clients, the varied nature keeps it interesting.

  • User Experience

    Our UX team is all about the customer and candidate experience. You'll get to bring your design flair to the forefront and create remarkable experiences for everyone involved in the recruitment journey.

    From software UX design to creating stunning careers sites, our UX team never stand still. You'll work on a wide variety of projects and play a pivotal role in ensuring Eploy's software stays ahead of the market, improving usability and customer uptake.

    Enough room to find my own solutions to problems but plenty of support if needed.

  • Implementation

    Our software manages the in-house recruitment processes of companies ranging from 250 employees to well over 100,000 – we also provide solutions for the public sector, university and recruitment agency markets. Our Implementation team are the face of Eploy, working closely with a wide variety of companies to help them recruit faster and smarter with our software.

    Our 'Impies' also work closely with our sales team and development teams to ensure we always deliver projects  on-time and on-budget.

    I love the variety and being able to manage my own workload as I need to, I'm not micro-managed. I have space to grow and develop and have the opportunity to pay that forward to the rest of the team.

  • Sales & Marketing

    Sales & Marketing is key to our continued growth, helping to spread the word about Eploy and the many successes we have delivered for our fantastic customers.

    We operate a 'No BS' policy, we are open and honest in everything we say and do, and we offer stellar rewards for success.

    I like the fact that I get to go out and meet different companies. Everyone in the team is enthusiastic about what they do, so we're well supported in our own roles because we have a well oiled team around us.

  • Operations

    Our Operations team ensures all is running smoothly at Eploy. This includes planning, organising, and overseeing our internal processes to ensure they are carried out effectively and in compliance with our policies.

Technology at Eploy

We make sure everyone has the tools they need to get their job done, developers don't struggle with out of date kit, our marketing team have more screens than a city trading desk and if you need something new the answer is more than likely yes. Plus, we use the latest tools for agile software development, source control, UX design, customer support and project management. Think we need to implement something new? Make a case for it and you'll be listened to.

Social@Eploy

"We work hard, but play hard. We can be super busy, but also find time for awesome social events and parties."

Social@Eploy does not mean a dull annual Christmas Party (we have one that is the stuff of legends). But we have lots of get-togethers throughout the year too, we celebrate each major release with trips and nights out (we'll make sure you get home safely too!) We have team building events and company-wide extravaganzas...as well as the frequenting our local hostelries to avail of their wares. We also get invited to lots of awards nights, and we've won quite a few too!

Intro interview

An informal telephone or video call to discuss your initial questions about the role and explore if Eploy aligns with your career goals and expectations.

 

Hiring Manager interview

An in-person interview with the hiring manager. Depending on the role, you may be asked to prepare a presentation or complete an assessment, however we will let you know about this in advance! 

 

Executive Interview

Meet the leadership and learn more about our company culture and values. This is your chance to connect with our leadership team and get a broader perspective on what makes Eploy - Eploy. 

 

Offer and acceptance

Congratulations! If you’ve reached this stage, it means we’re excited to have you join the Eploy team. We’ll present you with a formal offer, and once you accept, we’ll start preparing for your onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
