About Clevry

Clevry is our online assessment platform that enables you to create bespoke assessment campaigns for recruitment and development processes. Choose assessments from a comprehensive suite of online psychometric tests including: ability tests, personality questionnaires and situational judgement tests.

Our personality questionnaires are designed to explore an individual’s tendencies and preferences within the workplace. Through extensive research with organisations into business critical roles, we have developed and refined two comprehensive off-the-shelf personality questionnaires which measure areas of personality, relevant for most roles. If users would like a questionnaire that is tailored to their role, organisation and culture they are also able to create a bespoke questionnaire on our platform. Users can pick and choose from our library of 46 scales spanning interpersonal style, thinking style, emotional style, motivations and culture fit to create a questionnaire that is unique to them. From these questionnaires we offer a suite of reports encompassing onboarding, development, and recruitment.

Ability tests on Clevry come is 3 varying levels to suit different roles; CWS (for manufacturing and production roles), B2C (for mid-level, junior management, and administrative roles), and Utopia (for top level managers and graduate positions). Across these different levels we offer measures of verbal, numerical, abstract, checking, and mechanical reasoning. Our ability tests use a power not speed approach, meaning that we use generous time limits to measure a candidate’s maximum performance, rather than the speed at which they can complete a task.

Then lastly we offer two off the shelf Situational Judgement Tests; one leadership and one graduate/managerial assessment. We often work with clients to develop bespoke SJTs specific to their organisation which give candidates the chance to self-select out of the recruitment process after having a realistic job preview.
